When you join the Freedom Lab
We collect your first name, email address, invitation permissions, and the time and details of your submission. HighLevel provides the signup form and contact system. It may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, and timezone to operate the form and prevent abuse.
With your permission, we use your details to send weekly Lab invitations, reminders, and follow-ups. Permission for future coaching or retreat emails is optional and recorded separately. Leaving that box unchecked does not affect your place in the Lab.
When you contact us
We use your name, reply address, and message to respond to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. Please leave sensitive personal information out of messages and signup fields.
The website and gatherings
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and protect it. Our website does not include advertising pixels. HighLevel provides the embedded signup service, and our email providers process the emails we send and receive.
Zoom provides the online gathering and may process your display name, participation, and connection information. You may keep your camera off or choose to listen. Participant conversations are not recorded. Any teaching recording will be made separately. Hosts may keep an attendance roster for running the Lab.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any Lab email to stop future emails, or email our contact address for help. A global email opt-out takes priority over the separate invitation permissions. We keep a minimal suppression record so that an opt-out is respected.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep contact information while it is needed for the invitations you requested, to answer an enquiry, or to meet applicable obligations. We remove information that is no longer needed and consider deletion requests individually, including whether we need to retain a minimal suppression record.
Access is limited to the people and providers helping us operate MindSwitch. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their privacy practices also apply to their services: Cloudflare, HighLevel, Google, and Zoom.
